What does COREBIC mean?

Core: Our core competence

BI: Business Intelligence

The Institute for Business Intelligence defines this term as the integration of strategies, processes and technologies, in order to deliver strategic knowledge about status, potentials and perspectives, from distributed and inhomogeneous enterprise, market and competitive data.*

The aim of business intelligence is therefore to obtain information that enables better operational, tactical or strategic decisions to be made for corporate objectives so that a company can make its business processes and customer and supplier relationships more profitable, reduce costs, minimize risks and add more value. This is done with the help of certain analytical methods and IT systems that evaluate data about the company itself, its competitors or market developments with the aim of gaining knowledge.
